👤 Who Handles Your Case
All work is carried out by IAA Level 1 accredited immigration advisers regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (Registration Number F202200098). Your assigned adviser manages your case from start to finish, with senior oversight on all applications. We do not outsource casework to unregulated individuals.
Matters Outside Our Scope
As IAA Level 1 advisers, there are matters we cannot handle directly. These include:
- Asylum claims and substantive protection work
- Appeals, tribunal work, and judicial review
- Deportation, removal, detention, and bail
- Cases involving illegal entry or complex overstaying
- Family reunion applications
- Complex EUSS matters (retained rights, derivative rights, Surinder Singh)
If your case falls outside our Level 1 scope, we will tell you clearly and, where appropriate, refer you to a regulated Level 2/3 adviser or solicitor at no charge for the referral.
When Extra Fees May Apply
Our fixed fees cover the work described for each service. However, additional charges may apply for:
- Cases involving prior refusals or adverse immigration history
- Urgent or expedited work outside standard timescales
- Complex financial evidence (self-employment, multiple sources, third-party support)
- Agreed tasks outside of standard remit, charged at £99 per hour
We will always discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding, and confirm the total fee in writing.
